Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns of most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging with all components included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Restocking Fee
A 40% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to our error. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
5. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (no damages caused during shipping). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us: info@worldofclamping.com.
